At 48, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my shoulder. It's spread to the other shoulder and neck. Working all day at a keyboard does not make arthritics any easier to deal with. So how do I cope?
--Lose weight. I have lost over 90 pounds. It hasn't made the pain disappear. In fact, some of my chronic pain is getting worse, but that's from age and sitting a computer every day.
